The Teacher’s Gallery is honored to share that we have been selected as one of the members of the Department of Education’s Advisory Committee for Education of Learners with Disabilities. This committee will guide the full implementation of Republic Act 11650, the law that ensures equitable access to quality education for learners with disabilities.

On June 4, 2025, our Co-Executive Director Liza Duyao, officially took the oath at the Bulwagan ng Karunungan, DepEd Central Office. The oath was administered by DepEd Secretary Sonny Angara.

The Advisory Committee is chaired by Frances Magtoto of UP College of Education and vice-chaired by Romina Bautista of Centro Escolar University. It brings together 15 esteemed organizations.
